We have been teaching professional golfing techniques to children as young as 5 years and onwards, in order for them to take it up as a hobby or become a professional golfer by the time they grow up. Golf, specifically, provides moderately intense physical activity, such as walking, carrying your bag, and swinging. This increases your heart rate and blood flow, which results in a healthy heart, enhanced brain stimulation, and improved balance. Spectators and caddies can benefit from golf too!
